Artificial VCR-style chest panel buttons are pushed to 'operate' this live performer. These audience interactions directly control the performer's music, skat, beatbox, rap, poetry & storytelling. The performed content is made up of improvisation, memorized poetry flows, and some pre-written stories.
Since 2001, 'Push Button Performer®' has been performed over 50 times at locations across the Western US, including Denver's LODO Music Festival, Seattle's Bumbershoot Festival, and a large selection of Washington State Schools.
This performance piece is available to book as a workshop for schools or other groups, or as a performance for festivals or theaters.
